1. Who provides this service

The Google Ads MCP service at https://sea-ads-mcp-816321498820.europe-west4.run.app is provided by Synatix GmbH, Deisterstraße 20, 31785 Hameln, Germany, registered at Amtsgericht Hannover, HRB 203142. Full details are in the Imprint.

2. Who may use it

Use is limited to employees and authorised contractors of Synatix GmbH and its group companies, signing in with a synatix.com Google account. It is an internal business tool, not a consumer service, and no public registration is offered. Your employer may withdraw your access at any time.

3. What it does

The service reads Google Ads reporting data on your behalf, using the authorisation you grant to your own Google account, and returns it to the AI client you connect. It is read-only: it cannot create, modify, pause or delete anything in a Google Ads account.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use only your own Google account, and do not share your session with anyone else.
• Connect only AI clients approved by your employer, and be aware that the data you request is sent to that client's provider.
• Handle the data you retrieve in line with your employer's policies and applicable law.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, exceed your Google Ads permissions, or use the service to disrupt the Google Ads API.
• Respect the shared Google Ads API quota; avoid unnecessarily broad queries.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is, without any service level commitment. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, including for maintenance or where continued operation would breach Google's terms. It depends on the Google Ads API, whose availability and quotas we do not control.

6. Accuracy

Figures are retrieved from the Google Ads API and passed through. They are not a substitute for the Google Ads interface or for billing records, and AI assistants can misinterpret or misstate data. Verify anything you rely on for a spending decision.

7. Liability

Synatix GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of use. Further liability is excluded. Statutory liability under the Product Liability Act is unaffected.

8. Third-party terms

Your use of Google Ads and of your AI client remains governed by the terms of Google and of that client's provider. Nothing here overrides them.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by withdrawing the Google authorisation at myaccount.google.com/permissions and disconnecting the connector. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where security requires it.

10. Governing law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Hameln, Germany.
